I called White on a Tuesday and was able to make arrangements for an inspection on a Wednesday. I live out of the area so after the inspection Andy spend 1 hour on a video call with my daughter (in person) and myself. He went over the home inspections with both of us. I could not have asked for a more through, helpful, exact inspection. Andy also said he would have the written report sent to my email by noon the next day. I looked at my email at noon and sure enough it was there.

Andy was punctual, thorough, and knowledgeable with the testing provided. He was also able to provide the requested services with 24 hours, and shared results of testing 24 hours after that. I didn't seek out multiple quotes, but even if Andy wasn't the cheapest option, the service he provided was well worth it.

Andy was so awesome and so kind and professional. He took so much time going over everything in the home and explaining it all to me to make sure I was very aware and confident about any and all issues and systems in the home. He not only showed up early to prepare, but really help me out by booking in the evening for me last minute in order to help me achieve my goals before my due diligence. He also stayed extra late to ensure a thorough inspection and his rates were super awesome value . As a single woman buying a 100 year old house I was so worried about having to maintain it myself , and his detailed walk through and explanations and advice made me feel so much more confident. I would recommend him to anyone.
