After an initial hang-up with material, West Shore handled it very satisfactorily. The installers, Tyler and Jake (173401), did a fantastic job on our shower installation. Absolutely beautiful work! Paired with the lifetime warranty, I couldn't be happier!

Nate and Ricky were awesome. they got here right on time, did an outstanding job on old tub removal and new walk in shower install, they asked questions on product placement and were in and out quickly. left the room clean and beautiful. thank you all so much. My handicapped husband is impressed.

Make sure you read your contract because they do not do as they say. My job started in January and March 5th is still not finished asked for a soap dish and still none. They have been here three times and each time the workers say they did not tell us about a soap dish. No glass door yet, so, I cannot use my shower. I am so done with this company. And they do not care because they are paid already... lesson learned.

I shopped around at different companies and went with Westshore Homes because of the product. The salesman was not great, had a lot of hiccups, however the sales manager recovered nicely. The installers were amazing! Very professional, detailed work and cleaned up well. I purchased all new windows, sliding doors and my front door so it was a big project. I am very happy with the overall result despite the issues with the salesman. James, Martin, Patrick, Marc and Walter you did a great job on my job #164063 and Ryan the sales manager, excellent recovery. I would highly recommend them. This is not a inexpensive job when you decide to do this, however my house looks and feels like a completely different home. Super happy! Oh, they also were very good on safety protocols. Thank you team.
