Both of these men moved from job to job, answering our questions and quickly completing each task. They arrived early the second day and did not take a break until the work was complete. "We were in the hospital on a Saturday, when a neighbor notified us of the severe wind damage to our roof. I called 6 roofing companies that day, and Titan was the only one to call back within 24 hours. When they met me the following Monday to look at the house, they had a full packet providing their certification, and provided a quote within a 1/2 hour. They provided a competitive estimate, that included recommendation of a heavier shingle, that would minimize the chance of this type of damage in the future. They came out when the insurance adjuster inspected the roof, and helped to explain the process with me on the interaction between the insurance company and Titan, helping to address some of the question that I had. We were still in the hospital with my son when they came and completed the work, and it looks great. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and service that I received from Titan.
