Excellent service. Brian and his crew did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, for a very reasonable price. They were on time, finished early and when they left, other than a great looking new roof, there was absolute no evidence that they had ever been here. Thanks Brian. Very nicely done.

I have been using Home Advisor for 3+ years and have had so many great experiences for Brian has out shined them all. The northeast winter was brutal this winter and Brian was busy fixing many roofs. His service was better than above and beyond. My wife is a hard one to please and she still talks about how AWESOME they were. Let's talk about price. Brian was significantly less than others I had quotes from. This is not indicative of his work, service and value. I now have a new roof that is double water and ice shield with a 50 year warranty. It doesn't stop there. At no time was i quoted to replace some warn out boards on my house but Brian so they needed to be replaced and just did it because he new it would be an issue if he put back the old ones. He didn't even charge me for it. I know it didn't cost much to replace but he took it upon himself to make sure I was taken care of. Who does that anymore. I have already recommended Brian to 3 neighbors during conversation when we were talking about the work I had done on my house. All in all he does top notch work and is even better of a guy.

Work crew moved right along, did an excellent job of stripping & re-shingling. Very good job of cleaning things up. A job well done ... can't ask for much better than that !

Brian is a great guy, honest and personable. He was the first one to return my call and give me an estimate. I got four others but am glad I decided to go with him the roof looks great! I would definitely recommend this company. Hoping to use him again for future projects.

Waterman Building and Remodeling replaced our roof, re-shingled a second floor dormer with cedar shingles, replaced a very large Velux skylight with a new solar Velux skylight complete with pleated shade and programmable remote, replaced all rake boards and trim with Azek, replaced trim and crown moulding on our front door with Azek, cleaned up the premises after each work day. We found Brian to be very easy to communicate with, his crew very respectful and professional. Reasonable prices. Thank you HomeAdvisor.com for helping us to find Waterman Building. Replaced roof shingle on ranch house with attached garage. Brian always either answers his call or gets back to you right away. Came to give estimate the same day, very fair price, good quality materials. Courteous, punctual, has a great crew. Roof was done in 1 day and yard all cleaned up. Very helpful with any question I had... Highly recommend and will definitely hire again.

I needed a ridge vent added to my garage. When I contacted Home Advisor requesting contacts in my area they patched me through to him and he actually answered his phone to help assess my situation. He was cordial and easy to speak with and didn't come off as a hammerhead or that the job was too small to fit in his schedule. Plus, despite being the owner, he showed up to assist instead of sending over a couple of guys who didn't speak English. I would recommend Brian. He wants his business to get off on the right foot and ensure the customer is getting good, honest work at a reasonable price. I relied on these reviews in my decision to hire him and it paid off. He specializes in roofs but is also available for general contracting work as well
