Brian came out to look at a leaking roof repair and was very upfront and honest about the options that he could provide. We decided on an acceptable patch, and he and his team came back on time and quickly installed as good of a repair as could be hoped for. Brian is very easy to communicate with and struck me as a straightforward and honest guy to work with. Very happy with his services and highly recommend him.

I was tasked with getting a family home roof repaired that had major leaks and was around 25 years old. I got a number of quotes on the project but I found Brian to be most engaging and enthusiastic and upon request for a quote, he had one written up within a day. The price fell right in the middle which was good because I knew the quality of products he uses are the best out there. I could go on about the professionalism and elite quality of work I got from Brian and his team. But I'll just say they took care of a major project I had hanging over my head. They did it in a couple days, with practically no delays, for the price we initially agreed on. I won't need them anytime soon on this roof, but there will be others! Thanks again Waterman Building and Remodeling for bringing a 100 year old house back to good form, high and dry! Highly recommended.

Samples of the roof shingles and an explanation of the work to be done. Within 12 hours I had a very detailed contract and an approximate date and time the job would take. I had 3 other estimates , but his was the best all around...very professional and honest.

I obtained 3 different estimates for my roofing job,and Brian's was the best! He was very courteous and professional,explained everything he was going to do regarding my roofing project in easy to understand language, and backed it up with his written estimate. His crew arrived exactly on time everyday and were also very courteous and professional. At times,there were 6-8 members of the crew working on my roof,stripping the old roof off,laying down the appropriate amounts of ice shield and underlayment per the contract, and finishing the complete job in just under2 days! I was extremely satisfied with the roofing job that Brian's company did and I cannot say enough good things about his crew and how they performed in the hot weather over the course of 2 days. I spent 9-12 miserable months searching out a roofing contractor and had nothing but no-shows on appointments, no return calls after leaving msg's and 2 contractors came out to survey to create an estimate but never got back to me ...I was so happy to have such a positive experience working with Brian and his crew.
