Brian and his crew were communicative and very knowledgeable about roofing, skylights and gutters. Brian also designed and built a portico for our home, based on a picture I showed him of one that I liked. It looks beautiful and will keep our steps dry and clear of ice this winter. The house looks great - and we are especially delighted with the new skylights (replacing 30-year-old models). They are not only much easier to use, but will save us money at tax time. Brian's guidance was invaluable in choosing this design, and the execution was excellent. I would recommend Brian highly for similar projects.

I had a new roof installed and a sky light removed as well as new gutters and down spouts. Brian and his crew did the job in one day. Very professional and they left the property very neat. I would recommend him to anyone who wants good work and a fair price.

Brian and his entire crew were very efficient and conscientious in their work. The application was flawless and the cleanup was terrific. They started at the time they said they would and finished very quickly. Very efficient and competent .

Fantastic! 5 Stars all the way! Very professional! Brian followed up with us a few days after he gave us a quote which we really appreciated. NONE of the other professionals we met with called us to follow up. Also, Brian and his crew did an excellent job on our roof and cleaned up perfectly! In fact, the front of our house/sidewalk area looked better after they did the work because they cleaned up so nicely. I HIGHLY recommend Waterman Building and Remodeling and we will use them again for future projects.
