Ward & Son Construction

This was one of the best experiences i have ever had with a contractor. He has a wonderful crew, they are polite, respectful, thoughtful and hard working. They built us a beautiful family room. Demolished the existing patio and built us a family room. They were willing to work with us on timing: we have a special needs son and worked around his schedule to help keep him comfortable. They do high quality work, very professional and was able to keep everything in our budget. We are extremely happy with this experience from start to finish!!

I am really happy I found and hired Dave. Of all the quotes I got on this project he was the most reasonable on price and professional about his business. We considered subbing out this project ourselves and now believe we would have probably ended up paying more and quadrupling the time of completion. We are so happy with our addition and the process to get it completed. I would absolutely hire him again. Nice job Dave! Pros: Worked really quickly and beat estimated timeframe, stayed within budget, willing to compromise, very organized and professional with contract and invoices, friendly workers. Cons: Jobsite got a little messy, but I am sure if I said something he would have had his guys on it.

Dave and his crew did a great job on our addition. He was very professional and the work was completed ahead of schedule. There were times when we wanted to make changes and Dave was very understanding and accommodating. I highly recommend Ward and Son Construction.

Stayed on budget and worked with us on projects we could do while he was doing the add on, saving us money.

Overall I'm very happy with the addition. Dave worked with me when we made some changes and everything got done in a timely manner. Only draw back was that the concrete and mixes used wasn't all done in one place so messes in different areas. If I had known ahead of time I would have asked it all to be done in one area and I'm sure they would have done that because they are really good with making sure things are going the way you want it. We also had patio and shed foundation poured.

The price received from Ward and Son was one of the lowest I received out of eight (8). A day never went by that they were not on the job site. The job is almost complete, just waiting for the framing inspection.

Outstanding job. Quality was fantastic and started/finished on schedule. Kept things as clean as possible with minimal disturbance. Would definitely recommend.
