Victor is one of the best contractors we've ever worked with, and as Real Estate Agents and contractors in our family, we've worked with many over the last 40+ years. Victor is professional, respectful, and has immense integrity. Straightforward, upfront, excellent communication. He offers his professional recommendations and finds solutions that make the most sense and add value. He is impressively organized (he lays out all his tools on a sheet sometimes!), focused and completes jobs very timely. We have worked with him twice, he sets the bar high.
