While preparing my home for sale recently, I had an extensive list of tasks I needed completed that really ran the gamut: from painting, drywall & electrical to trash removal. Lastly, & this is lovely-he & his employeesâ attitudes are always upbeat & cordial. Thanks to CJ & his team, my house was on the market for a mere four days. It looked like eye candy when they were done. I was proud to show it off & hand it over to the new owners, knowing that the work that had been done to prepare it for them was solid.
