He knew right away what the issue was and gave me several options of how to fix it thoroughly explaining each. He even took the time to bring me onto the roof and show me the problem myself. I had so many other companies try to upsell me without having seen my roof first hand and Xander absolutely did not. Not only did he fix problem but it ended up costing far less than I was quoted by other companies. My roof looks good as new now and I couldn't be happier!"
