They alerted me when they were going to be 5-10 minutes past our appointed time and proceeded to get to work immediately upon arrival and stayed until the job was finished. They were extremely thorough, yet careful with our old historic home. Several days after I was still finding little things they saw that needed cleaning and did despite not even mentioning those things. I highly recommend this energetic, hardworking, thorough duo and have hired them on a reoccurring basis."

"EM Property was fantastic and just what I needed. The exhaust fan in my bathroom started leaking during a rainstorm and I wasn't even sure who to contact about it. They came out the very next day and inspected it for free and told me what was wrong and how they could fix it. They provided me with a fair estimate for the project and even offered to clean my gutters while they were up on the roof (which I greatly appreciated as it was long over due!). They were fast and efficient and got everything completed before the next rain storm. Both Dale and Justin were professional and friendly and answered all of my many questions. Justin even gave me the low down on the current condition of my roof and offered some additional advice on upkeep which I appreciate since I have no plans to climb up there myself any time soon. I will definitely be contacting them again for any future projects around the house."
