Charlie contacted me right away and was able to come to the house within the hour. His appraisal was concise and complete. He even took pictures and showed me what needed to be done. He offered a couple of options and let me decide how far I wanted to go. He arrived at the appointed time and finished the work very quickly and efficiently. the cost was exactly what his estimate had been. I highly recommend this company of roof repair is needed. My wife and I could not be happier.

James was very considerate and and seemed very honest. I thought the work and repairs would have taken longer than they did. Afterward I did second guess myself if I had paid too much., but I'm happy with the repairs and roof coating that was done.

Charlie was very nice and explained everything clearly. The job was finished in a day and he did the specifics we asked for. I would have given him all 5's except he brought his young son and a friend who (like boys are prone to do) picked fruit and put holes and smashed them in the yard.. We cleaned it up it wasn't that bad and the work was done on a Saturday so I assume he couldn't find a babysitter. We needed the work done quickly which is probably why he chose to come that day. I would hire him again.

The estimate for the job included a break down of the work that needed to be completed as well as a 10% discount if we included both repair and maintenance of our flat roof. The workers came on time for the job and completed their work as anticipated. Very courteous guys and answered all my questions about the job. I saw both before and after pictures of my roof. Went the extra distance to insure a top notch repair by viewing the roof area from the inside attic space and removing additional rows of roof tile to be sure all possible leaking areas were discovered.
