My 37 year old carport roof with two layers of cracked roll roofing was leaking badly. Charles McNeill of MSW outlined the work to be done which included reinforcing two cracked and sagging beams, clearing low hanging tree branches, flattening ripples in the roofing, cleaning, adding drip edge and applying two coats of foam and one coat of white uv resistant paint. In some areas extra foam was applied to level low spots. I was particularly impressed that the owners of the company, Charles McNeill and Robert Wilson, did most of the skilled work themselves. Very pleased with their work especially since it rained three days ago and NO LEAKS !! All of this and they were the low bidder.

I needed a time critical, professional roof inspection for potential property purchase. Charles had a report completed within 24 hours of 1st contact and for a very reasonable price. The report was concise and honest, explaining what I thought was an expensive problem, was not. Thanks MSW!

IT WAS NICE TO HAVE AN ESTIMATE PROVIDED WITHOUT ME HAVING TO BE HOME. I STILL HAVE COMPANIES CALLING TO COME OUT AND GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND THE WORK IS ALREADY DONE. WITH THAT BEING SAID I WAS UNABLE TO GET A LOT OF QUOTES AND MAKE SURE I WAS GETTING A FAIR PRICE. I HOPE I DIDNT PAY TOO MUCH.
