VIP Cleaning was recommended by a friend of mine and they did an immaculate job. I hired them for a one time deep cleaning in the beginning because I am very wary of people being in my house but they treated my house with respect and left everything as I left it but of course spotless. I also have pets and getting their fur out was always such a hassle but again they didnâ t disappoint. After this cleaning, I decided to hire them to come biweekly and am very happy with their service. They are very sweet and weâ re accommodating to my needs. I would definitely recommend.

I found VIP cleaning through Angieâ s list and decided to take a chance and hire them for weekly cleanings. This company is fantastic. My house is always spotless. They were able to get discoloration out of my marble countertops in their first visit, something I have exhaustively tried to remove myself for years. My oldest child loves how they make his bed. I love their little touches on everything from the toilet paper roll to how they organize our power cords. They are such a big help to me and allow me to spend time with my family on the weekends instead of cleaning house. Their staff is friendly, professional and accommodating. If youâ re looking for a trustworthy and reliable cleaning company, I highly recommend them!

Prompt Professional and Courteous. Home was throughly deep cleaned beyond my expectations. While this was a deep clean, we are definitely during VIP for a twice a month cleaning !

I changed my review after the second cleaning with this company. They left a 2-foot long gash in my 40-year old kitchen table. When I asked them about it, they blamed it on me, and we are extremely rude about the entire situation and then proceeded to call me repeatedly after 9pm when I said I did not want their services anymore. They acted like all I wanted was a refund. When I said I did not want my money back, they did offer to have the table fixed, but only because I said I did not want their services anymore, and I said I was going to leave this negative review. They took no real responsibility for the situation. Do not trust these people with your prized possessions, as they do not treat them as they are their own. They blew me off until they knew I was going to complain to Angi and post this review. Nelsy has the worst customer service of anyone I have worked with. I waited a week to leave this review to wait and see if they would call back or reach out again and nothing.

Hey Whitney, We do apologize about your experience with this situation and take your feedback seriously. Blame was not put on anyone as we wanted to fix the situation regardless of fault because how the gash happened was unknown as the maids are trained to pick up things off the table. We understood how upsetting this could be and wanted to offer a solution nonetheless. Nelsy first offered a refund because she was not able to offer more until management was able to respond to the situation and was then able to offer a professional to fix it because we want to make sure everyone is left satisfied at the end of the day but you declined the off
