We spent $50k plus on whole house window replacement. We were given a range when they would be complete. When done I asked to move the install date by 4 days and was told it couldn't be done and that it would cost $75 per day to store my window inventory every day past the install date. The crew that showed up was not professional or represented the look from the TV ads. Only one member if the team could speak broken English, which made communications more difficult than it should have been. At one instance an installer was working on a large 2nd story picture window, he's 15 feet above the floor and he has one foot on the sill and the other on the Bannister for the stairs. Just not a good experience at all. I would not recommend this company.

The workers were great. but I had to leave before they were done .and I tried to get in touch with complaints that the windows have a gap at the top they won't talk to me tried to send the pictures would accept them some reason for 6700.00plus dollars looks like the would care enough to send one out to hear my complaint. We are seniors .

RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN! 6 MONTHS POST ORDER FOR 5 WINDOWS, ONLY ONE INSTALLED! 3 MISS-MEASUREMENTS AND $1600.00 cash partial payment down and thanks to the horrible customer service and management am going to need third party resolution. NO customer service but what I called and demanded. WINDOWS PROMISED 7/29/21 NO CONTACT SINCE 7/23/21 ! This company has behaved as a con / scam provider and the window I did get appears equal to a 200$ window, the screen is destroyed by slight pressure and I will have to hire a house inspector to be sure they are put in correctly.
