Everything went better than expected. The movers were punctual, handled all items with care, and worked efficiently without any confusion or delays. The whole process felt organized and stress free, and nothing was damaged or missing. Great experience overall

DO NOT USE UNITED TRUST?go with a more trusted carrier with solid reviews. These guys will lure you in with great pricing, jack up the cost at the last minute and then break a bunch of your stuff - at least 10% of our fragile items were busted. I?ve moved multiple times in my life and this is up there with the worst of my experiences. They are a broker, not a carrier and contracted our move out with various parties who have no liability and accountability for their work in the overall process. Tony, the sales guy is nice enough and did a great job pricing the move, at first. Then the day before the move another person, Melissa, calls to do a last minute walkthrough of our home after we already have a signed contract and then essentially forces another 20% of costs on us claiming if the movers come and need more space/boxes etc. we would be charged much more than if I just agree to pay an increased amount up front. Classic bait and switch tactic used in the industry. Go elsewhere!

Hired to move some designated pieces of furniture and other items from primary home in NE to a BRAND NEW CONSTRUCTION home in Big Pine Key, FL. Items were picked up on 7/20 and initially going to warehouse in Dallas. Requested Delivery 7/29-8/1. Husband and I drove down and arrived 7/28. Contacted company 7/29 to be informed everything was still in warehouse. When asked if they were still coming this week was told probably not. After two days of back and forth, was informed they try and honor delivery requests but it states 3-21 days in contract with day 1 being when you can accept delivery and you don't count weekends. Husband and I had to fly back home to NE on 8/3 and I said 21 days could be 8/26. I was told it might not be that long and I said I am going to need at minimum of 72 hours as I can't just drop everything and jump on a plane. That did happen and scrambled on a flight paying additional $600. Damaged house and furniture from delivery cost us nearly $4000 to fix. RUN!

HORRIBLE customer service!!! Lied about everything which is so hard when you are moving two 90 year old people to assisted living. No one could even bother to tell me an estimated time of when there stuff would show up. We had to buy a new bed and recliner so my elder aunt and uncle had anywhere to even sleep in their new place till furniture showed up.....When it was finally delivered...20 days later...the delivery guy was so nasty I had to threaten to call the police. He kept shoving paper work in my face and said until I sign he wouldn't do anything and would just leave...he wouldn't even show me what was in the truck....Who signs for anything without even being able to read what he had in his hands and certainly without evening knowing if its our stuff in the van or someone else? I would like to know with as many complaints about this company that there are why there have been no investigations???? HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY AND PEOPLE!!!

HORRIBLE customer service. I was moving my 90 year old aunt and uncle to assisted living in another state. They never let me know verbally that this could take up to 30 business days. When I called customer service I was told very hatefully I should have read the contract. True, yes I should have read all the tiny print, HOWEVER, COMMON COURTESY goes a long way....why couldn't your representative just given me aheads up about that so I could have planned better for my elderly family.....Not indicating stuff up front to a customer is horrible service.....again just aheads up goes a long long way verses telling someone read the contract. The random person that delivered there stuff was to busy yelling at me in the parking lot to sign his paperwork before he does anything or he was leaving....This man was so nasty and hateful to me that I told him I probably should be calling the police to come to help me and he told me the police wouldn't help me b/c this is a private matter....

Do not hire. SCAM company. I left a detailed review on Google that is unfortunately too long to copy and paste here - see Google review. These people are professional scammers. Will low ball quote you, then raise price. I was told I had to pay $1,200 more on day of pick up with no other option. My belongings arrived damaged, smashed, MISSING and no response back from MELANIE (seems to be the only customer service agent they have) or any other higher up. Also received other people?s items and trash INSIDE my boxes. Completely careless people. Absolute nightmare.
