The air filtration system for our heat pump had to be specially ordered. They worked hard at trying to complete installation as soon as possible. Questions I had in reference to the warranty were handled in a professional and efficient manner.

The sales person was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Price is negotiable. I was advised when the workmen were on their way, and when they were arriving. They were professional and timely. They also cleaned up after themselves. They listened to my concerns and responded to my questions. They did a very good job installing my new unit and explaining how to use the new thermostat and maintaining the system.

The sales and installers were professional and kind. As we were 5 days out without a/c, I was at my end, but decided on this group because they gave us a 12 year warranty on an a/c unit. Done after day 5 without air at 9:30 PM and the techs worked straight through for 12 hours and corrected drainage issues and the amperage needed with an upgrade to the electrical panel. They also scheduled the permit review. I think it is all correct and we do not sleep uncomfortably anymore. I am so happy this is over! Houston had a flood, but we had issues here, too. I would award more ratings but the sales persons need to speak with installers to know the issues before work starts!
