Warranty for parts and labor and I notice I still have a balance . Also this ac unit is maybe 5 years old and now weâ re replacing coils ? I fear this is just of an issue

Prices are way to high for UV light installation or system cleaning. The techmark did a great job and going over both my air handler and outside AC unit system but unlike most AC companies Unique Services does not provide Cleaning of anything during AC tuneup.

We have used Unique Services for about 25+ years. There have been some really good technicians over the years. Today's technician, Abraham A., clean & respectful as most are. At the end, he recommended that we considr purchasing a few items & why. Most technicians do the same, What I REALLY appreciated about Abraham was that he offered me some helpful tips that didn't cost me any additional funds!! It was soooooo refreshing to have someone mention it, but NOT push purchasing extra items. I was so appreciative that he cared enough to still give us tips, extremely professional! He earned my trust!! Thank you!
