Ultra Dry Roofing

I called Ultra Dry around noon to discuss roof maintenance for nail pops. They sent out Blake that afternoon! He explained what he saw and what needed to be done and got to work. There were more pops than he could address that evening, so he promised to come back. He kept in touch daily and came back in 2 days to finish the job. His work was meticulous and I'm sure he gave extra effort to make the rood look as good as possible before we had photos taken to list our house for sale. Despite some extra work, Ultra Dry honored their original quote. We were in a hurry and had communication issues with two other roofers. I'm glad we called Ultra Dry. If you need a roof, repairs or maintenance, call them. They are good people.

Kiel, Blake, and their team did an excellent job of redoing my roof damaged by hail. They kept in constant communication and made very clear what they would be doing doing and when. I would recommend them to anyone and would be happy to hire them again in the future.

I contacted Ultra Dry Roofing for an inspection of my roof. I had an area near the porch of concern with water coming out of the soffits when it rained. The inspection proved I had significant roof damage from a hail storm. They helped with the insurance claim and met with the insurance adjuster at the house. From start to finish I was very impressed with Ultra Dry Roofing. The new roof looks great and I couldnâ t be more satisfied. Josh, Kyle and the team were great to work with! Ultra Dry Roofing came very soon after being contacted about my storm damage. They inspected the roof and and found it needed to be replaced. They were careful to not damage the plants and shrubs around the house and did a very good job of clean up after the job was completed. Everyone at Ultra Dry was very friendly and easy to work with. After sustaing storm damage, Ultra-Dry came out and did a thorough inspection, showing us photos and carefully explaining how they planned to work with our insurance company. They also left brochures and offered to drop off shingle samples. Later they met with the adjuster at the house. When we were approved for a new roof they walked us step-by-step through the roofing process. A week later our roof was installed by a very efficient, skilled and courteous crew, with management personnel checking on their progress throughout the day, making sure we were completely satisfied with the work. We would definitely use Ultra-Dry again in the future.
