We had a wonderful experience with Russell and Total Renovating. They remodeled our kitchen and put new flooring across our entire bottom floor, including having to take apart and re-install our bathroom to do so. They were fast and efficient but delivered high quality work. Our kitchen turned out even better than we could have imagined. They took us from a 1980's kitchen to a totally modern look that literally gets a "Wow!" from everybody who has seen it. Russell helped us tremendously from start to finish. He showed us exactly what our kitchen would look like, taking us step by step through each decision, and then directed us to each vendor for us to make our design choices. He was always available for any question we had along the way. His vendors are US-based so there was zero concern with the timing of materials. I felt very secure with him and the skilled workers he employs. The best part is that we really didn't feel that displaced during the whole renovation. They kept the house clean and took things one at a time so we always maintained some functionality while living there. I would (and have) highly recommend Total Renovating for any remodel. We hope to use them again when we want to redo our bathrooms in a few years!

These are all qualities that were consistently adhered to when working with Russell and his team at Total Renovating, LLC. Having never gone through a home renovation process, we were a little bit skeptical as to which company we wanted to hire to undertake the task of transforming a two-story living room area in our home into a space which converted the upper portion into an additional bedroom. After an extensive search, we found Total Renovating , LLC and its owner, Russell. From day one, which was actually a few months before we hired him and his team, Russell was extremely pleasant to work with. I called and informed him of the task we were wanting to have completed, as well as the fact that we were new to this experience. He was very patient in explaining the entire process from start to finish. Once we had a signed contract between ourselves and Total Renovating, LLC, Russell took it from there. Whether it was obtaining architectural drawing designs, permits from the county, or the construction and clean up of the project, Russell and his team took care of every step along the way. Unlike some other companies that may be dismissive of your project if they feel that it wonâ t make them enough money, or are dismissive of your task altogether, Russell and his team were a complete joy and relief to work with. They are very punctual, as they show up on time, every time. And I mean EVERY TIME. Additionally, his crew made sure to do an excellent job cleaning up after each day of work. This was truly appreciated as we have a young child and a dog living in the house as it was being remodeled. In this market and with inflation being what it is, we all know that some companies may try to stiff their customers by engaging in price gouging here and there. That was not at all the case with Total Renovating, LLC. The price that they quoted us and signed for was what was adhered to. If anything came up in the project where a particular aspect needed to be changed or corrected based off of the initial assessment, Russell always made sure to reach out to us immediately to explain the reason as to why, as well as obtain permission to proceed. That particular point was extremely reassuring, whereas some other companies may just add extra work to your project without notifying you and then hit you with an inflated bill at the end. At no point in time did Russell ever try to oversell me on any aspect of the project, nor did he brush aside any issue that other companies may feel to be trivial. If we had a question or a concern, Russell had an answer or a solution. Russell and his team were able to take a vision that we had in our heads for our open space, and literally turn it into a reality. Additionally, we were able to add in some recessed lighting and ceiling fans along the way. The attention to detail that his crew invested into our project was above and beyond even our own expectations. It truly feels like we are living in a new house. We hired Total Renovating to remodel our master bath and they exceeded my expectations. The consultation with Russell was thorough and informative. The team was punctual on the days they worked and always kind and professional. Though this was a pretty big project, I feel as if it was worth every dime. I had a very detailed vision (farmhouse chic) and they definitely executed and brought it to life. I really appreciate their efforts especially the custom touches. I would certainly hire them again and recommend their services to others.

Russell was very nice and went over the job with us. The workers were all very nice and professional. From day one every time they came in to work they laid drop clothes from the front door to the work area. They gave me a start date and started on that day. They gave me a completion date and made that date as well. I would hire Total Renovating again as a matter a fact as soon as he completed the bathrooms I asked him to price me some more projects Thanks Russell
