"Design Home Improvement did an absolutely superb job. Extensive repairs were needed in my house due to a flood incident. The work entailed removing and replacing wood floors, drywall, and painting, among others. What could have been a very stressful project ended up being a pain-free experience, thanks, in particular, to Martinâs professional caliber, reliability, and impeccable customer focus. He understood right away how important this project was for me, and how much I valued a reliable, detailed-oriented, thorough, and professional job. He planned out the variuos phases of the project so that they flowed seamlessly, personally oversaw the floor installers (highly-experienced themselves), and ensured that the work was completed to my very high standards, which are also Martinâs standards. Last but not least, he went out of his way to guide me in the choice of materials and in engaging with my insurance company to clarify their questions. "Ivan began working with us by caulking all outside windows, then repaired a water damaged wall and window. Next he replaced a drop ceiling with sheet rock in the downstairs areas and trimmed them out with crown molding, and corner trim where needed. He also sheet rocked a bathroom and laid a new tile floor. There were many things that came up connected with this project, and he had great solutions for some of the more troublesome spots. Terrific work ethic, excellent work, and based on much experience I would vote him the BEST CONTRACTOR EVER!"

"The crew from JJ Home Improvements 9 LLC was great. When giving an estimate, they were polite, answered various questions I had, and explained the planned work. They were upfront about what was realistically possible. I am pleased with the results of their work. I live in an old condo unit built in the early 1970s. The metal entry door was bent out of shape and the foam weatherstripping in poor condition. I could not replace the condo door, so they straightened it as much they could. They also replaced the poorly trimmed metal door sweep with a modern rubber one. While applying the new weatherstripping, they compensated for the remaining bend of the door and created a proper seal. Now I no longer have light or cold air coming through. Thank you!"

They came in on time at 8:30 am and did not leave till 2pm. They explained every procedure and when they were done we had brand new looking bath areas.
