We're SO happy with our full master bathroom reno! We're first-time homeowners so had no idea what to expect for a project like this in terms of cost, process, timing, etc-- Russell guided us through the process and was responsive, helpful, and understanding the whole time, even when I kept changing my mind about things. All of the sub contractors (demo, tile, glass, plumbing, etc) throughout the project were super efficient, friendly and professional. Overall, Total Renovating was a joy to work with and provided excellent value-- we'll definitely be using them again when it comes time to do our guest bath and kitchen.

Russell and his team are consummate professionals and take the time to let you know every step of the process team. His team always cleaned up after themselves and we throughly enjoyed the entire process.

He was also able to finish our kitchen on a much shorter timeline than the other bidders were estimating. Russell and his team were responsive, transparent and reliable throughout the process and we are extremely happy with the finished product!

We had a total renovation of our basement including a kitchen and bathroom. Russell Blake was professional and very responsive. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. His crews were punctual and cleaned up daily. I was very happy with the whole process.

Russell and his crew at Total Renovating did a superb job adding a new full bath and laundry room to our basement. In addition, they replaced our existing flooring with Laminate Vinyl Plank (LVP) throughout our house. As new homeowners of our 20+-year-old home, this was our first big renovation project, and we were nervous. But Russell and Tyron came through from day one. They offered a detailed design session, a thorough walkthrough of what the work would entail, consistent communication on change requests and questions, and prompt remediation of any issues that arose. Also included in this fantastic team are some very hardworking contractors/renovators who arrived on time and accommodated our schedule (we have a one-year-old) but also went the extra mile to work Saturdays to meet our project's timeline. Based on our experience with Total Renovating, my wife and I couldn't be happier and are already starting to plan our home's next project!

Russell & his team completely renovated both bathrooms in my condo a few months ago. They did such a great job, I had them totally renovate my kitchen as well! His team was very professional and timely with the work that was done! They replaced cabinets, floors & installed recess lights. Everything looks amazing! We hired Total Renovations to finish our basement. They were great to work with. They met all of our needs and worked within our budget. Communication was good, and Russell or Tyron would visit to check the progress and ensure the inspections went well at every step. All work was completed timely, and within the estimated timeline. Any questions or concerns were discussed and addressed. The quality of construction was excellent, even amongst the uneven poured concrete basement foundation walls. The studded walls are all plum and the drywall finish is smooth and clean. The basement remained very clean and tidy throughout the project. No lose materials and the floor was always swept clean. I was impressed with the level of care, even for our relatively small project. I would recommend Total Renovations for any projects and will be holding onto their info for our future projects.
