Russell Blake from Total Renovating did a great job on my kitchen remodel. From start to finish, the whole process was relatively painless and headache free. He got the initial design perfect on the first try and applied it seamlessly to my space. His workers were very courteous and mindful of the home they were working in. Russell would also show up on site any time I requested it. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the work performed.

Total Renovating Total Renovating was the answer to our prayers; I was in a bind and was having doubts about whether we could sell our home unless something miraculous happened. I finished putting up drywall in my basement over Covid. I needed to pull the proper permits with the county. When my wife and I decided to sell our home, we reached out to the county, and they said unless we opened up all our walls and correctly installed fire stopping in compliance with the code, we would be in violation and unable to sell our home. We received estimates as low as 7k and as high as 34K. Total Renovating estimate was in the middle; more importantly, they were the only contractor who understood the scope of work and could meet our last-minute schedule. Total Renovating, from our initial introduction to the last payment received, was responsive, had a positive can-do attitude, was professional, punctual, and outperformed beyond my expectations. I canâ t express how stressed my wife and I were; they were a blessing to us. Please consider Russel and his team for any home project you may have. Hindsight, I wish I would have just called them instead of trying to do it myself.

We had a complicated bathroom remodel which required a complete overhaul of the layout of the bathroom. The owner, Russell, was able to help me come up with a design that would utilitize the space to the fullest. The moving of the toilet, plumbing, and electric required a county inspection which the company was not intimidated by and I was thankful to have a company that was licensed, insured, and willing to do what was required. They were also very accommodating when it came to the timeline as I had several required stops and starts. There were some complications with communication, lack of detail, and leaving things dirty by the work crew which did cause frustration during the process. However, Russell made sure everything was ultimately resolved and the end result was a beautiful bathroom that I was very happy with.

Effortlessly. Price was definitely competitive. The two things we like aside from the quality craftsmanship was: (1) personable; and (2) the rendering / virtual design studio. Total Renovating's virtual design studio allowed us to see it, like it/dislike it, change it, and make it our own before a dime was spent.
