This has to be the worst service we have ever received. We feel completely ripped off. We hired Tom Sample to get a raccoon out of our attic. He sent a subcontractor (ARC) that put a cage on our roof where the raccoon had torn up the chimney. Then wait a week and hope the raccoon left. We think he did. We had contracted with Tom Sample to put up a metal barrier as they said that would be much harder for the raccoon to the renter. Well, the work looked like a child had done it and did not even close the hole. We then had to hire another contractor to put up a replacement that looked professional and covered the entire hole. I contacted Home Advisor and he said he reached out to Luis who I had worked with. Luis never called back. Luis did tell me on my first complaint call that they were not in the business to do nice work!
