Came out within a day for initial inspection and continuing to treat issue until its fully resolved. Dennis will be on his 4th visit and has not tried to change the price he originally quoted. They are sticking to the promise to resolve the issue for the quoted price!

Comparing their price to others it is standard for the service rendered. We had a barn swallow's nest (over the front door)removed, area cleaned and treated with a repellent. We will really know in a few months how well the repellent worked. They say it works for 6-12 months. The birds typically return in February. It is now January.

Pretty expensive service. Had to do some things myself since the total would have cost me a fortune. But the customer service was great, and I appreciated that a lot.

Have not solved problem of rat or mice in attic or walls, yet. Expensive, changing screens on vents, etc , all over house. Technician stepped on metal awning, for which I m supposed to be reimbursed. I ll have better impression after this happens. Can be difficult to locate mice and rat entrances in older homes. Requires expert experience. I have tried 2 other companies with no success. I m sitting in den, listening to activity in attic right now. Frustrated.

American Rodent and Wildlife Control did an outstanding job providing exclusion and trapping services at my rent property. Luis was easy to communicate with and my tenants were very impressed with the service. I recommend and will use this provider again.
