Lou was professional, knowledgable, and willing to take his time to thoroughly review the areas in question. Ha also was thoughtful to suggest a lower priced alternative when we discussed the fact that I might not need drawings and plans. Lou was very helpful, knowledgeable, and most of all on time and courteous. He explained what was happening with my basement wall and assured me there is no structural problem. He also told me how it can be fixed. While here he was willing to answer any other concerns I had. He followed up with a written evaluation of his findings. I'm very pleased.
