We are so happy with the results of our project. Jeff’s team knew what they were doing and helped us make some decisions regarding a cement large patio and large screened in porch area and drive extension! I am currently sitting on the screened in porch that Jeff and his team completed and I am in heaven. Thank you Jeff!!!! When we bought our new home just a few months ago, I was leaving a screened porch that I loved! I told my husband the only way I would consent to move, was if we had a screened porch and large patio. Not even real sure how we came across the chef because we were you know answering emails from a lot of people for a lot of different work, but however it was. I am so glad we did. We spoke to many other contractors and in the end Jeff was the one that we connected with and thought that he was the best for the job that we wanted done.

Every time we were scheduled to show up you were unavailable at the very last second and knew we were coming . I know you are a night watchmen at a hotel and worked with one of our guys, don't care about you guys past working relationship, he does a great job for us. You talked down to him the whole time like you were still his boss.

The project was competitively priced and completed with excellent quality. There was no sales pitch in trying to sell us more than we needed - rather the contractor automatically included less-concrete volume options in the quote. Our project request was not straightforward, and not all straight lines, but it was not a problem for this company. We even had a meddling neighbor who held up the project without cause, but the crew stuck with us until all was completed and, unlike us, kept their cool through it all! To top it off, they turned up and completed the job as scheduled!! Thank goodness we chose Ikner for this project, and will do so again in the future.
