Windows and new front door ordered, awaiting delivery and installation.

My experience was positive from beginning to end. Greg, sales manager, was down to earth and clearly communicated the prices, the products and what to expect. His follow up when I was deciding on who to hire was pleasant and not pushy. I appreciated that he was paying attention to details. He told me 8 weeks from date of HOA approval and it was actually 8 weeks from the date I signed the contract. Very impressive. I liked that the job was not delayed since I wanted to get this done as soon as possible. The people in the office were also very helpful. On the day of the installation, Jeff and Tim arrived a little early which told me they were prepared and ready to do the job. The installation ran smoothly and took less time than they told me, again very much appreciated. I had a double window in my living room and a 5 foot slider to be replaced. They took care of my space, with lots of drop cloths and cleaned everything up after the job was done . Jeff showed me how to use the windows, particularly on how to open and tilt inside towards me so that i am able to clean the bottom myself. Nice and easy. I really like that i can open my slider from both the right and the left sides. I received a call from Greg later in the day after the installation was done to follow up too. Another star in my book. I'm very glad that I asked all of the questions when Greg gave me the quote in early February. No surprises. Terrific job and a great company. Thank you.

All of the staff at Liptons was professional, courteous, prompt and efficient. They kept us informed throughout the process, called to check on their work and they followed up when they said they would. The windows look great and work well. We would definitely recommend this company.

The only issue we had was with the installers who are contractors. Sales rep, customer service and Lipton company people were great.

I had 11 new windows installed. The installation was done on time as planned. The installers and the installation follow up service people were very professional, courteous and effective. There were a few minor issues with some window locks not working properly that Lipton corrected soon after the installation. This company's customer service is excellent and I fully recommend them for any window installation project.

Very professional with great products at very competitive pricing. They did not stop till everything was perfect! Great customer service to boot!!
