"Scott came to the house to give us an estimate as I had requested. His price was far less than we expected. Scott and Jessie did a fabulous job on our carpeting. It was the first time this had been cleaned since installation, and there were many MANY stains (general traffic plus cats and dogs) and spots we thought would always be there, so we were hoping for just a good general cleaning. What we got was our carpet like BRAND NEW again with the DEEP cleaning they did and then Scotchguarded. (I'm glad nobody else saw what the water looked like as he finished each room!) We DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Scott's ABOVE & BEYOND cleaning for everyone. We will also have ABOVE & BEYOND come out for general housecleaning--a service we have needed for a long time as well. "Ryan did a fantastic job repairing the caulk and grout in my shower. The corners around the built-in bench were previously sealed with a very messy caulk that didn’t match the grout in the shower. There was black mold growing behind the sloppy.caulk. Ryan removed all the ugly white caulk and replaced it with beautiful grout and caulk that matched the original grout. I’d hire him again if I needed a grout expert."

"Love My Floors has the most amazing business model of any company I have ever dealt with in my 26 years living in Crystal Beach. Our house was quite a challenge to start, three renovations over the 50 plus year life of our home that resulted in a floor that had slightly different levels and several low spots. I received three estimates for a 2000 sq ft floor replacement and their price was in the middle of the three. My wife and I were impressed with the owner who came in and confidently measured and assessed the condition of the floor and provided the estimate that night, and stuck with that estimate in light of pealing back the proverbial onion resulting in 4 additional days over the estimated time. They required no down payment and no money paid until the job was finished. The installers were an incredible husband and wife team that worked meticulously through the difficult challenges and did a 110% on the installation. New baseboard and caulking installed by a third worker added the final touch. The owner came everyday but two and called to make sure things were going to our satisfaction. In the end he the company provided a $370 credit for materials that were not used. My wife and I are elated we picked this company"
