Was a snap and painless ordeal. I always get nervous dealing with things like this but this was painless. Love the windows and plan on using them again in a year when we will be updating our 3 big sliders.

Window Source had great customer service! The project started out with a fewconcerns as we might have to special order a particularly sized door but after further investigation by Tim's guys, they were able to sort it all out and were willing to do anything to make sure the job was done correct. Awesome service and I highly recommend them.

These scores would be better if I did not feel as though I had to initiate all contacts and was not kept up-to-date on the process through ordering, installing, inspection and follow-up.

We were very disappointed. The product is fine. however dealing with the owner and sales rep was a bad experience. Poor communication and I actually had to help un-load the product. In the end they still gave us the wrong front door, when I complained the owner did not charge us for the front door. But it is not the door we wanted. The sliders and front window are good quality and our price was fair 7900.00. But the "BAD ATTITUDE" and poor customer service have us regretting the purchase. Should have went with a national name brand company. We would have had to pay more! but lesson learned.

Clean job

They were 25-35k less than the 2 "factory direct" places that I got estimates from. There was no hard sell, either, unlike the others. The work was fast and clean; the quality of the product was comparable to what the rest offered. I would definitely recommend this company.
