"Javier was very fair and reasonable. Javier was hired to stucco a front and back wall of our home that had vinyl siding. The job he was hired for turned out to be more work than realized but Javier was up for the challenge. Javier removed some vinyl siding and found a ton of rotting wood which he replaced prior to stuccoing the wall. Javier and his team worked diligently and provided reasonable cost for additional work that was needed to complete the job. Highly recommend"

"I contacted Floor Groomers, along with other garage flooring contractors, to come by and provide a quote to prep and resurface my two-car garage with an epoxy/polyaspartic finish. After meeting with Randy, I concluded he â checked all the boxesâ , i.e. professional in appearance, demeanor, and knowledge; arrived on time; thoroughly inspected the garage floor (including measuring the garage concrete floor for moisture intrusion â not performed by other contractors); gave a detailed timeline for prep work, material application, and cure process; and presented me with a detailed, and competitive quote that included a moisture barrier application sufficient to protect the garage floor from the high reading of moisture content in the slab. Once we worked out the details, his work proved to be as expected â totally professional with great attention to detail. "After the initial estimate, we had an opportunity at our consultation to address or needs and wishes for the driveway so that the contractor knew exactly what we wanted. He was also very courteous and informed us of the possible additional costs in the event that additional machinery and labor may be required to clear away a tree root before pouring the concrete. As it turns out, that was not needed; however, if was a great surprise to have that information beforehand. Now we are enjoying our beautiful double driveway, where an unwanted palm tree and brush was also removed and was included in the total price.
