When I went to the Angi website and asked for pest/termite control operators in my area, I received two recomendations of Angi-certified contractors, one of whom was The Termite Assassin (TTA). Both contacted me shortly after my inquiry, I asked both for an inspection and proposal, and both quickly came to my house and gave me a proposal. Both of the contractors' representatives were experienced and knowledgeable, answered my questions, and proposed similar plans to treat the subterranean termites that were active in my house. I chose TTA/Richard Near for two reasons. One, TTA's treatment price was materially lower than the other contractor. Two, Richard Near, TTA's owner --who has a decade of experience as a Licensed Applicator--informed me that he himself would be treating my home. Knowing who would actually be the person that would show up to do the treatment gave me an added level of confidence in doing business with Richard/TTA, and it turned out that my confidence was well placed. Richard did a great job when he treated my home. And, although it was unexpected, he also gave me a veterans' discount, which was much appreciated. I couldn't be happier about the job. :-)

Richard returned my phone call very quickly, was able to come treat my home the next day. He was very professional in handling everything that needed done. I am out of state and Richard was still able to take care of everything without me around. He called me right after and let me know what he found and how he treated. He also came in $100 more affordable than any other quote I recieved. I would much rather give my money to a local small buisness than the cooperation and I'm so glad I found the TERMITE ASSASIN! I totally recommend!
