Extremely fast, pleasant and a great experience. I am a very impatient person and they were able to squeeze me into their schedule the same day. They came out to inspect and spray, and were right on time. Couldn t ask for a better experience.

So far, all is good. If problems arise in the next 5 years during the guarantee period, I'll have to see how the response is. Otherwise, Mr Near was great to deal with, and since he is the owner and does all the work himself with his son, I trust he does what he says he will do.

I left messages with other companies however termite assassin responded quickly. They were thorough when explaining what they would be doing and why. The staff took the time to answer all my questions. I asked if they would take pictures while under the house so I could see for myself what they encountered. It has been 4 months and I have not had any problems I am pleased with their service.

Richard is a hard working man. He explained everything and answered all questions. The termite agent he uses had no foul odor and seems to be one of the best termite agents. I verified this on many internet searches. Cleaned up 100 % after the work was complete. Honest friendly straight to the point. I am very pleased with his work. I would highly recommend Termite Assassin.
