Richard scheduled to come out Friday for the inspection and gave us his bid, my husband was not home. We had a couple more bids scheduled. Richard came out a second time to give my husband the information and insure we understood all that needed to be done. They were the most reasonable for all they would do and gave us a three year contract. The owner & his son were here within a couple days to complete the job.
