Katherine returned my initial email message with a phone call ... immediately! (I hadn't even logged offline yet.) She was very helpful, listened thoroughly, and exhibited a great deal of expertise. We were very peased that she was willing to provide service for an existing system installed by another company that had since gone out of business. During her visit to our home, she also took the time to provide us with a basic education on how our solar system worked and showed us how to interpret our electric bills' metering reports -- something that our original company had failed to do. When she pronounced our system "good to go", she granted us peace of mind. Based on our experience, we won't hesitate to recommend Katherine and the Solar Store to someone looking to install a new system or to service an existing one. We were relieved to find an honest and reliable solar company to take over upkeep and repair, and we know our solar system is now in good hands.

Educated me on solar and what the big difference between purchase and leasing that was best for me. All the employees were very helpful with the process and very pleasant. I even received a call after hours from Katherine to discuss the progress on the install. I have recommended the Solar Store to my neighbors and friends !

The technician who inspected the solar panel for the leak and repaired the leak was courteous, conscientious, informative, honest, knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor. Based on his work performance and service delivery, we will seriously consider contracting this company for an upgrade--water heater and solar panel system appropriate for our home.
