Write a ReviewWe were impressed by their long standing in the field and their customer service during the installation and beyond.
I'm very happy with the electrician that got my system back online . Yes they are my go to service group.
Be familiar with the type of solar hot water heater system you have and notify them when you schedule work.
Technician showed early found problem and corrected in short order.

My solar water heater was not working. Turned out to be an easy fix -- bad electrical outlet. Tech was very knowledgeable and helpful but still had to charge a full hour's rate. He helped move the power plug to a different outlet with an extension power strip, which he secured.
We interviewed three different companies for installing solar electricity on our home. Each had an excellent presentation and the prices were similar. However, The Solar Store was the only business with an office in Tucson. The people from the other two companies were contract sales people working for out-of-state companies. We were more comfortable knowing we can go into the office to speak with people who work for The Solar Store right in town.
