Our project was living room and kitchen walls and ceilings in desperate need of washing. The ladies had a big job to do and did it with good attitude and efficiency. We will have them back again!

Excellent Service

I live out of state from my 75-year old mom and pay for all her house cleaning needs, as she is unable to clean. Rene initially stated she LOVED working with the elderly and referenced an elderly male client she had. She said she was the perfect person to clean for my mom. What I found out is that Rene spent as little time as possible with my mom to get in and out as quickly as she could. They were never there more than an hour. Rene employs young women who do not have a very good work ethic yet, nor do they have experience working with the elderly. They, at times, used my mom's supplies, but denied it. They also, at times, took shortcuts and missed things, but denied it. When my mom tried to talk with Rene, Rene would either take her girls' side of the story or tell my mom she was busy and would keep working without stopping to talk. My mom would then forget she wanted to talk and Rene would leave without talking with her. This frustrated my mom who asked me for help. I called Rene on one occasion about some of my mom's issues, and Rene's IMMEDIATE response was that she could no longer work for my mom. When I told her I just wanted to hear her side of the story, she lightened up a bit and told me, and then agreed to talk with my mom about it. She never talked with my mom but was exceptionally friendly at the next cleaning. Rene, however, denied all of my mom's claims and stated that she cleaned my mom's house 'to perfection'. I was visiting my mom on one of the cleaning days and saw that 4 ppeopleneglected to clean the bottom of my mom's tub, to include the lint trapper. I've talked with my own cleaning lady who agrees that it's unrealistic to clean 'to perfection'. And I know people make mistakes, but you have to own up to them and communicate and work things out. 2 months ago, one of Rene's girls used bleach on my mom's carpet, which left about a half dozen bleach spots they must now fix. After Rene and the girl looked at the carpet, they left without saying a word to my mom. On the next scheduled cleaning day, nobodyshowed up. My mom called and left messages. Finally, reRene called and left my mom a message saying that she would no longer clean her house. To me, this is unacceptable behavior towards a client. I tried talking with Rene, and while she did admit they would not clean for my mom anymore and she would get the carpeting fixed, she hung up on me when I tried talking about anything else. Since I live out of state, I cannot personally visit the business to resolve matters so that my mom doesn't have to deal with it. Rene's reasoning for quitting is that my mom is rude. Many elderly people are tough to deal with, but Rene claimed to enjoy and be good at working with them. If you use this company for the low cost, be prepared for Rene to rebut anything negative, no matter how nice or professional you are, if she even returns your calls or talks with you without hanging up on you.
