Jay and Mike were great, courteous and knowledgeable. I spent an hour with them and was able to be with them as they did their work on my computer. My XP computer died and they offered a refurbished one to me to run my legacy software on, for a extraordinarily reasonable price. Although, I didn't need it as I already had a spare computer. They copied the info off the hard drive for me as a backup and returned the hard drive to me as it was still in working order. I highly recommend them.

This guy is fantastic!! I've never worked with any one better than him. I even sent my mailman to him when he had a similar issue! Definitely within my price range everything worked out for my best! I dropped off on Monday and he repaired by Wednesday and would not release it without assuring it was repaired correctly.

I have an older computer that crashed and developed several issues. Jay was able to save everything on it, upgrade it and get me back up and running like new. He was responsive, professional and his rates are very competitive. Thank you Jay!

I had sent an old XP computer that had a program on it I didn't want to loose that I sent to another company and I asked for a back up and they messed my computer up and lost my program and when I got it back it wouldn't run. They asked if it was working when I brought it I said yes and just wanted a back up. I found Jay on HA and he took an old floppy disk and got the information on it for me and got the information for my and got the old XP computer working and I am using that old XP and has the programs for me. He is excellent he repaired my old computer and saved my program that I lost. He is magnificent.
