Reviews
Write a ReviewI had a tub to shower conversion completed back in March of 2025. Overall, I love the finished product, but there were some issues with the installation. TBA ruined my bathroom floor, which I needed to replace. I never received reimbursement for this. There are other Issues as well that still have not been resolved, even with their so-called "Lifetime Warranty". Now, The Bath Authority has completely stopped responding to any of my calls and text messages. They will not communicate with me or my wife at all. For $15,500, for a tub-to-shower conversion ONLY, this has been one of the most disappointing decisions of my life. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE BATH AUTHORITY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN & YOU WILL NEVER HEAR BACK FROM THEM IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES.
Nick & Ricky installed our new shower. They informed us about each step, including problems. They explained how they would fix them and they did. Both were skilled and conciseness and completed the job on schedule! Nick & Ricky had a great sense of humor, were polite, and extremely dedicated to efficient, precise and clean work. We rate them 10 out of 10. Bob Taylor & Linda McCormick
