TDC, Inc. rescued us from a poor quality tile installation in my bath and did the job right. Super nice, friendly, and professional. Here on time with text notifications. I hired them because they could handle everything I needed. I had to have a drywall replacement, painting, a cabinet replaced, and all the kitchen and laundry room flooring done. They crew was accepting of my animals and my boyfriends teacup chihuahua-who consistently barked when they came in. they are very polite and professional.

This is the third project that Terrell Development Corp. has handled for us. That says a lot for my satisfaction level and trust. Bill Terrell and his crew are honest and hardworking, punctual and reliable. This project took a couple extra days from the estimate, but Bill kept us informed throughout. The work area was cleaned each night, and the work site was cleaned at the end of the project, including mopping the garage and power washing the driveway. I have a beautiful new bathroom and am very pleased with Terrell's work.
