"We have now used AJ and his roofing/handyman company for two complete roof replacements and 2 roof repair jobs. The first roof repair job AJ stepped in to correct errors made by a different roofer who "disappeared" when a home inspector called out the work. AJ came in on short notice and saved the deal, the house closed on time. The first roof replacement did not have any surprises and was completed quickly and expertly, plus comes with a 5 year warranty. The second roof replacement had an extremely steep roof and presented many surprises for everyone. AJ kept us informed of his findings and did an expert job in correcting all of the issues for a reasonable price. Despite all the unexpected work he was able to complete the job and the house closed on time. The second roof repair also had a few small surprises which AJ was easily able to handle at a very reasonable price. "Santa Cruz Construction & Remodeling was hired to remodel a walk in pantry for us. during our consultation they made some recommendations we hadn't considered before, and offered to design a CAD drawing to better illustrate the project before we ever moved into any physical on site work. this worked very well for us because it allowed us to visually see how it would turn out. once we agreed on a revision they began searching for the cabinets we would need to fill our pantry, unfortunately lead times were excessive and didn't meet our needs for the timeframe we wanted this work completed.. Luckily, Erick had a backup option to build our custom cabinets in a fraction of the lead times available, locally at their woodshop; offering a variety of different wood species & color /finish options. we couldn't have been happier with the outcome and will be keeping them as our go-to contractors for all of our remodeling needs."

My only negative comment would be that other people think that too, so sometimes it is hard to get a hold of him. He is absolutely honest, incredibly talented with very good craftsmanship. He made it through our project at the worst of times, but we absolutely love all of it. He treats all of his customers like family. He really engages with his clients and addresses the human side.
