Showed up ten minutes late,did not have ladder to reach outdoor yard lite,had to get my ladder out of garage so he could work,changed wiring to light and replaced bulb.When I got bill on line it was for two hours labor.He was here about forty minutes .I called and complained about the two hours they said that was normal service call,I was not told this when I hired them.They redone the bill to reflect one hour plus a twenty dollar travel fee,also not discussed when I hired them.I was told by the man that came to my house it was $65.00 a hour for his time period.

Kenneth showed up on the time. He was quick and polite, they even removed some speaker wires from my new home, that has nothing to do with electrical. They replaced a light fixture in my dinning area, whole project took less then an hour. Will be using them again hands down. Did I mention they are very affordable??

This organization is courteous and professional. Service agent (Don) communicated clearly about timelines, informing us about his arrival times, and provided solid advice about repair. Scheduling agent (Amanda) was friendly and helpful. Our project did not go as expected, but the organizationâs owner (Miles) immediately intervened and resolved the issue. He took ownership of the problem, regardless of the fact that it wasnât his fault, just to ensure we were happy. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a company with, as Miles explained, âA good name rather than great riches, and loving favour rather than silver and gold. â Proverbs 22.â That is, a company who understands that the way to wealth in the service business is to make customer experience a priority! Thank you Enoch for taking the time to explain my options and providing A+ customer service.
