They did an OK job on the A/C (only after I showed them in the manual how to hook up the stage1/stage2 wires), but they tried 4 times to get the exhaust flue on the furnace right. I finally gave up on them and fixed it myself.

Miles Enoch was very responsive and helpful. The crew who brought the equipment the day before and the crew who did the installation were professional, efficient and a pleasure to have in our home. The crew all wore masks. We are very pleased with our new air conditioning system

Miles Enoch was a true professional in every sense of the word! I found him on Home Advisor, and was impressed with all his positive reviews. Of the 3 competing estimates I received, his wast the best value by far. He recommended purchasing equipment that I got huge rebate for installing. He did not try to upsell me at all, just pointed out some work that I should consider for safety in the future. I Googled the information he shared with me, and found out the breaker box that had been installed originally in the house was actually proven in later years to be a fire safety hazard. Because he was so professional in his actions I chose him to install a new high efficiency a/c unit, heat pump, and breaker box. I highly advise anyone to uses Miles Enoch. SR 6/8/20.
