My experience was excellent. Office staff, Claire was very professional, understood my needs and prompt with a proposal for my review. Garrett was the electrician and he too was very professional. The work was performed to my satisfaction, promptly and neatly. The system equipment was delivered the same day we agreed on it. The installation followed a couple of days later. The installers were professional, put up with all my questions, did an outstanding installation. Have only had a couple of days to evaluate but the system is quite seems very effective and is a big improvement over the old system. Very professional, all work was completed as needed. The installer did all that was required and more, including spending extra time on one fan to make sure it was perfectly balanced. It was fantastic. There was a short in the wall that controls ceiling fan. Garrett fixed that and built and installed another outdoor fan. They only charged me a fraction of an hour to fix wiring and $75 to build and install the other fan. That is a really fair price. They are not greedy, very polite and professional. Am so happy to have such a great company work in my home. Would never call any one else!!!! These folks are the best..! I had a breaker fail at noon on a Saturday and I was scrambling to find someone that could replace it. Enoch electrical was prompt to answer the phone and get an electrician out (Chris). He quickly replaced the breaker, checked everything to ensure it was safe and got me back up & running.
