My experience with TEAM ENOCH was outstanding, from the initial contact with Miles, the owner, to the phone call upon completion. I appreciated speaking with the owner of the Company instead of a secretary or receptionist. Miles gave me the history of the company along with his experience. He was very confident, patient, and knowledgeable. I was invited to check out the online reviews and references all were positive. Once I decided to replace my HVAC unit, I called several local companies. The companies were all professional, however, the cost for the unit was much higher. I was quoted upwards of 47% more than TEAM ENOCH. I was not made aware of the Oncor Incentive gas to gas offer which allowed additional discounts. All in All, I am 100% satisfied with my TEAM ENOCH experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any homeowner.

Never felt any pressure to buy a service or product I didn't need. They actually listened and spent time talking about options and a plan to get me through the summer and then discuss replacement options. I felt good about them from the very first call. That's how you do customer service!

Guy was extremely nice and helpful. Informed me step by step of what he was doing and why. When he had to come in the house he would even place shoe covers on to prevent any mud going on the carpet. Appreciated his work.
