Ignacio Perez was very professional and polite. He took the extra steps to walk me through each repair needed and the method to be used. Ignacio Perez was the only contractor who took the time to point out other concerns which needed to be addressed that were outside the scope of the project. He treated my roof as if it was his own. He prioritized my project to beat the rain which I appreciated. I will certainly use him again!
