I especially liked James' willingness to answer all of my many questions as I tried to get a grasp on how the process works. He also told me what he didn't know (when it was outside of his field) and had contacts to refer me to for further info/service. He and his crew, Tim, were fast, professional, and responsive to any request I made to be careful of this or that. I would hire them again and refer them to my friends. Unlike with the last duct cleaners (and James and Tim did far more, such as taking out and cleaning the blower and thoroughly cleaning the heater, than the last company I hired), the air coming out of the heater was clean!!!

Very quick response. Same day appointment. Great service. Very honest. Could have easily charged me for service but didn't when he recognized that I didn't actually need it at that time. I would highly recommend.
