James came, looked at the vent, told us it was fine, but cleaned it out just to make sure. He charged us exactly what he quoted us, and told us that he probably wouldn't see him again because we have a very good duct system, extremely clean. We truly admired his honesty, he could have told us we had a bad problem and he would have to come back numerous times.

It was very easy to work with this company. I hired them to clean a dryer vent at a rental unit. They coordinated with the tenet and I was able to have them send the bill to a different address.
