The owner happens to be a neighbor down the street from us. He came to our home after 7pm, spent over an hour working on the project(a major clog) and got us to a point of 100% better vent flow than when he came. He scheduled a return visit to review his work and ensure it is 100% complete to our satisfaction. We apparently have a very difficuly vent system to clean but his quoted price was his quoted price no matter the level of difficulty.

When I called, got the same day appoitment, James, the owner, himself came to perform the service. He was very friendly and courteous, did a very good job in cleaning the dryer vent.

James Zieroff responded to my service request immediately & we scheduled an appointment that week. He was prompt and professional. He did not try to sell me additional services - even told me that the I should hold off on purchasing boost fan to see if dryer vent cleaning fixed my problem. Price was quite reasonable.

James is the consumate customer service professional. He does complete work; that is, he not only cleaned the dryer vents as requested, he did all of the little things that make you sit back and say "Wow, he is good". He also guarenteed his work, and one year later, the dryer vents are still clear.
