"Highly recommend these folks! I needed to do some major remodeling in my condo - knock down walls to combine bedrooms, update kitchen and bath, and new floors. I bid with about 5 different companies and decided to go with them because they were the most organized, confident, and clear - the vibe just felt right AND they actually managed to stay within my budget (which was a tall order!). There were a few snafus with plumbing and city permits but the project manager Scott handled it well and was always very clear about the options and timelines. "This remodeling company was recommended to me by a friend. i hired Golden View renovation to remodel my master bedroom and shower. the project manager who came out to my house, Meidan, was very knowledgeable and had great ideas and suggestions as it became very confusing what tile should i choose and other construction materials. they referred me to some good stores i should buy it from and hooked me up with their contractor discount on some of the items witch was a nice amount of savings. the project lasted about 4 weeks as promised and all workers were very professional and always on time. the job was done in a very clean matter witch was a big concern for me and i didn't want my whole house become a mess. the bathroom came out amazingly beautiful and it feels like a high end resort now in my house every time i go in."
